Karisma serves as the Director of Marketing & Community Partnerships for Oasis Therapeutic Services (OTSNC). In this role, she focuses on increasing visibility, strengthening referral relationships, and building sustainable growth through community partnerships.

Karisma brings a background in marketing, outreach, and relationship development, with experience working across healthcare, education, and service-based organizations. Her approach is centered on trust, accessibility, and clear communication — ensuring that referral partners, families, and community organizations understand the services OTSNC provides and how to access them.

At OTSNC, Karisma collaborates closely with leadership to enhance online presence, streamline referral and intake processes, and foster partnerships with local agencies and organizations throughout North Carolina.
