I believe that therapy should be a safe space where individuals can openly express and explore all facets of their experiences, including those that may be uncomfortable. I  am deeply rooted with a commitment to helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate a range of life challenges. I focus on issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, problem-solving, relationship difficulties, trauma, and coping strategies.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCASA) with over nine years of experience in the mental health sector, I am dedicated to nurturing genuine relationships with my clients to promote holistic transformation. I acknowledge the unique strengths and resilience inherent in everyone, and I aim to support them on their journey by providing guidance, understanding, and a compassionate presence as they face life's challenges. With a strong emphasis on respecting individual experiences, I strive to cultivate a nonjudgmental environment where clients and families can work towards personal growth and well-being.

I offer tailored individual, family, and group counseling sessions to meet the specific needs of those I serve. My therapeutic approach prioritizes the establishment of connection and trust, primarily through a person-centered methodology, while also incorporating various techniques. I equip clients with practical tools to help them navigate challenges, build resilience, and create a fulfilling life that aligns with their values. My objective is to empower clients to thrive in both their personal and professional endeavors. Whether addressing life transitions, relationship dynamics, or mental health concerns, I am committed to providing unwavering support throughout their journey.

You do not have to face your challenges by yourself; I am available to assist you in navigating this path of self-discovery.
